Farmworkers and other community representatives provide the primary leadership at Migrant Health Promotion. The organization looks to the shared leadership of the Board of Directors, staff, Promotores, Promotoras and advisory groups for direction. Strong community participation and the theory of Popular Education guide both the organization and the programs.
